Precursor - Exchange Site

The site for which the terrain is to be created must exist.
For technical detail, refer to: fp_model_site
The site must have at least:

	At least one shape representation of the site boundary that is a 2D footprint The value of the representation identifier for the 2D footprint should be set to 'Footprint' The value of the representation type for the 2D footprint should be set to 'Curve2D' or 'GeometricCurveSet'
	An object type value setting The object type of the site must be set to the value 'TERRAIN'
	A geographic location Latitude, longitude and elevation above the geographical reference datum must be asserted
	A composition A terrain can be de defined only for a site that is not decomposed into further site spaces
