The Design Brief document represents the collection of information from various sources which establishes the specific requirements for the HVAC systems for the project. The design brief should include the following information: Reference to the Client's brief on space requirements Reference to local and national legislation impacting on the design of the HVAC Systems Reference to the Site Survey of the project, detailing the limitations and availability of external services and utilities Details of the cost plan and schedule objectives Details of the Sustainability objectives Details of the Health and Safety objectives and risk analysis Details of the required availability, redundancy and reliability of the HVAC Systems Outline of the objectives and general approach to the design of the HVAC Systems, and alternative solutions to be investigated during the design Details of the specific HVAC systems to be designed for the project Details of the project management approach and QA/QC procedures				HVAC Designer	Assigns to Group (FP)
