Face Based Surface Model

See functional part: fp_represent_face_based_surface_model

Identifies the information requirements for provision of a 3D face based planar surface model shape.
A face based surface model is described by a set of 2D faces. Faces within the surface model are connected to provide a complete surface.
A face in one set of connected faces may overlap a face in another set of connected faces if there is a shared intersection. This enables a complete face based surface model to be described as a set of connected face sets.
There must be a least one connected face set to create a face based surface model. However, several connected face sets may be gathered into a further set if they intersect at edges and vertices to create a more extensive face based surface model.

The value of the representation identifier for the surface model representation should be set to 'Facetation'
The value of the representation type for the surface model representation should be set 'SurfaceModel'
