HVAC Equipment maintenance access provision - for example withdrawal space for fan assembly or filters. The model should include details of the actual or proposed physical dimensions of the equipment, dependent on the stage of the project. During the early stages of the design this information may only be used for establishing the requirements of the service spaces and maintenance access for the project.
